I am very unhappy with the service at Vodacom
im paying for fibre for 2 years now
still not installed
My fibre is off for two days now. I have kids writing exams online and it is crucial to have a reliable fibre line with good support. This is the second time that I have had problems with my line and it takes days to get sorted. I am very disappointed in the level of support received from Vodacom and will not recommend Vodacom fiber to anybody.
My internet is of for 6 days now unacceptable
I have been down for over 72 hours and nobody has called me back. I’ve had the phone put down on me and told the manager is busy with 2 other calls.

My nightmare started on 5 April 2022 when I reported my Fibre is offline. Till 14 April 2022, it was on and off. Since then I am off till today(28 April) Call to the support centre on a daily basis when consultants requested me to unplug all cables, reset them, and asked the status of the lights on the rooter. Then I am informed matter will be referred to team leader. That is the end and never got feedback nor is a problem solved.
Then I have to restart the same route with the same result.
According to consultants, it is not possible for me to contact a teamleader or manager.
According to Vodacom, I cannot stop my contract but they are allowed to stop to deliver the service according to the contract.
Maybe someone with some authority can attend to this matter.
Please do not let a consultant contact me.

NEVER HAVE I COME ACROSS SUCH BAD SERVICE. THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN THE COUNTRY IS SKY HIGH THEN YOU HAVE COMPANIES THAT CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS
Since last year September periods of breakdowns in fibre net are experienced,especially with loadshedding occurences. I recieved so many messages ” we are currently experience fibre downtime in Mosselbay caused by loadshedding or an outage on parts of our third party network infrastructure etc etc. ” We then need touse the available airtime and data on our cell phones. If I can reach their Complaints desk I shall inform them that I am cancelling my fibre service.
Union in Germiston constantly not working!!!! So far been off the whole day today!!! Unacceptable!!

Real crap service: 7 Days and still getting the run around from the FTTH call centre. From 500/200 to 80/40 speeds WTF!!!!!!!! Even the escalation, what escalation I ask. Passing the buck to the Vumatel, yet my previous provider Wondernet and ZERO issues.
