How do I get Vodacom to stop Invoicing me month after month after month for a contract that expired on 8th November 2020. I have sent emails umpteenth times to every single email address that I’ve been able to find including “Customer Care”…………….with no response what so ever! As I don’t live in S.Africa it makes it very difficult to deal with – it’s impossible to get to speak to any one on the phone as I don’t have a S.African I.D. Number or S.African phone number.

I have an I phone and I buy data for it from Vodacom on unfortunately a three-year contract. For the last 4 days, I have had little or no internet connection- safari cannot open the page because the server stopped responding. I have been into Apple and several Vodacom retail outlets and nobody can help. As for your icon TOBi, the less said about it the better, as well as your phone helpline- it has been absolutely frustrating not to get this matter sorted. The problem is the weakness of the signal.

I took out a Vodacom prepaid, and decided to give Vodacom a try, I received a brand new number which I’ve never given to anybody, but I’ve noticed that I’m receiving a lot of SMS regarding subscriptions for rewards and bullshit, but guess what, they All are from Vodacom, now I did not request this RUBBISH, but it’s upon me to send an SMS to stop, again I did not ask for this RUBBISH, so if it does not stop, I’m not going to SMS stop like I said that never asked for this CRAP, but if I still receive this CRAP, then I will change my network and Vodacom can FUCK OFF.. Vodacom is really starting to work on my last nerve! How many times must I call to remove my name from my credit score on my bank!!!!!
My Sim card was sim swapped by a random stranger who ended up doing the whatsapp hack. I called the 135 number but I was not able to go through to stop the hack i then spoke to someone to stop the card but it turns out the card was not stopped. Eventually spoke to vodacom socials via Twitter. I then went on Monday to do a Sim swap and it turns out that vodacom forensics put a lock on the number so I am unable to do a Sim swap. The person at vodacom pavilion could not help. I went again the second day and he told me he still has to contact vodacom forensicsand was unable to get through. I am still not assisted and it seems nobody knows what to do to get the number unlocked.

Using Vodacom recently has been turned to be a nightmare, they advertise what they don’t provide, you’ll only find out once you purchase that product, the next thing when you call them they’ll tell you “it’s our fault we will refund you” the thing they don’t! Requested a upgrade reversal so we can upgrade to a new phone, on 15/07/2022. Nothing happened. same request done on 21/07/2022. We were told we would receive email to confirm reversal in 48-72 hours. Nothing happened. Did request again on 26/07/2022 – followed up today 27/07/2022 and still not escalated.
Woow woow woow , After i cancelled my vodacom contract that i had for more then 10 years vodacom decided to change my debt order date without my consent so that the payment goes off on the day i have no cash in the account , vodacom owe’s me R2000 refund however they decided to give me a negative payment record by reserving a debt although they own me cash , i was told the refund would be processed in 14 working days , its the 15th working day today ,after sitting with a consultant for 40mins on the phone he could not make any sence of what was goin on my account , he then went to the manger then dropped the call in my ear, this is after calling 082 1946 , 1959 and 082 1958 , i will now publish this statment on all sociel media platforms so that people are aware of vodacom pritty much running a scam and frauding consumers
I have been without wifi at home for over 2 weeks now. It is unfathomable how Vodacom can think this is acceptable. It took a week for anyone to call me back but even so, still nothing is being done. I’m told by your staff that it’s the subcontractor of your subcontractor who is at fault and delaying things and that I should be patient!? Two of your staff hung up on me when the questions became more than they could handle. Not interested in what the root of the problem is, I pay Vodacom, so as far as I’m concerned it’s you guys who are accountable for what is happening here. Unfortunately, I will never recommend Vodacom as a service provider again.
